What is VECTRA?
VECTRA imaging is a three-dimensional (3D) imaging system that we use to get a detailed and accurate visual representation of a patient’s face or body.
First, we capture high-resolution images from different angles and then combine these images to create an accurate 3D soft tissue model. The soft tissue models have exact measurements and even skin topography of the patient.
This cutting-edge technology allows for a comprehensive analysis of the patient’s anatomy and makes it easier to visualize treatment results. Dr. Barnsley is able to adjust the 3D model of the patient’s face and body to show various treatment options, demonstrating in real-time what the patient might look like as a result of a facelift, eyelid surgery, breast implants of different sizes, liposuction, and more.
